Katia holds the role of Customer Care Administrator at Blue Orange. She has a diploma in Secretarial Studies from City Tutorial college in London. She has extensive experience with Tour Operators in the Tourist Industry as Customer Care provider while she also held various Managerial positions in the Retail industry. She has a great and huge experience in Customer Care. In her previous job she was responsible to maintain constant communication and provide comprehensive and timely assistance to the customers till one year after completion of the property, ensuring that project handover was carried out with strict adherence.
