Customer Care Manager
Sylvia holds the position of Customer Care Manager at Blue Orange. She graduated with a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations from the B.C.A. College of Athens.
Upon completion of her studies, Sylvia pursued a career in the Insurance industry until 2000 and succeeded in taking the Diploma of LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow). She also holds several years of experience as the Marketing Manager in a fast-moving consumer goods company, where she worked on through-the-line communications TV & radio commercials, press and indoor campaigns for the clients of the supermarkets.
She has a great experience in Customer Care from previous employment. She joined Blue Orange in 2009 when she took the role of the PA of the General Director of Blue Orange. Since 2017, she oversees the Customer Care Department team. Her team assists customers with enquiries concerning their properties, offering information about services, and ensuring that all issues are addressed on a timely and professional manner. Sylvia is an enthusiastic and self-motivated person, with excellent interpersonal, strong organizational and multitasking skills. Above all she is a peoples’ person!
