a.kaploukha@blueorangeservices.comAnna joined Blue Orange in June 2022 as a Receptionist. She is originally from Ukraine and speaks fluently Russian, Ukrainian and English. Anna has a Master degree in Business administration from People’s Ukrainian Academy in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
Currently she holds the role of Credit Control officer.
Her main responsibility is to provide an efficient process of interaction with Russian-speaking clients and assist them.
Anna possesses analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills and work ethic, with extensive experience in managing relationships, problem solving and conflict resolution.
