Blue Orange Property Management Services provides cleaning services at high quality standards for private properties and common areas of development projects. All of our staff are well trained and most of them have years of experience, while they are being supervised by an experienced Executive Housekeeper with a 5-star hospitality background.

Communal Areas of Complexes

This service includes cleaning of all communal areas of a complex such as corridors, stairways, lifts, communal showers and toilets, car park areas etc. Our expert cleaning team, with the use of the necessary equipment and supplies, will thoroughly clean the communal areas of your complex, so you are able to enjoy and be proud of your home.

Residential Cleaning

We provide thoroughly residential cleaning services for our valued customers, designed to keep your property looking its best all year round. We offer variable cleaning packages based on your needs and preferences. It can be two or 4 times per month or 2 per year. It doesn't matter. Your property will be cleaned to the highest standard. We offer Standard Clean, a Pre Arrival Service, Post Departure Service and inspection of your property and belongings. We also can arrange for your laundry. Pricing depends upon the property size and package you choose. Our professional cleaning team also provide detailed cleaning of the communal areas of your residential complex so the whole area looks its best at all times.

Standard Clean:
  • Cleaning and mopping the property
  • Wash balcony/veranda floors and windows
  • Cleaning of all surfaces
  • Cleaning the kitchen including fridge oven, microwave oven and cupboards
  • Cleaning of the bathrooms
  • Vacuuming the carpets
Pre-Arrival Service:
  • Inspect the property
  • Make sure the property is clean
  • Refresh the house/property
  • Use fresh linen for beds
  • Clean towels put out
  • Switching-on of water and electricity at mains and within your property
  • Switching-on your fridge and freezer
  • Place the balcony furniture in their position
  • A welcome pack will be  provided*
  • Water and Electricity Meters are recorded
Departure Service:
  • Checking the house for damages and make an inventory
  • Do a Standard Cleaning
  • Remove any leftovers in the fridge and cupboards
  • Laundry of all linen
  • Switching-off of water and electricity within your property and at mains
